The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 11,          
2000, calendar (page 3055), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 52(JUD)                                     
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska             
relating to certain public corporations.                                       
                                                                               
Representative James placed a call of the House.                               
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that the call was satisfied.                                
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CSHJR 52(JUD) pass the House?"  The
